THE BEE EATER

A new piece I finished in August. It measures 94"x48". Background was painted in recycled housepaints and the bird was painted with acrylics.

My first chainsaw piece! All roughing and shaping was done with my stihl 170 chainsaw. Then came the long process of filing and sanding. I finished this bowl with a beautiful french polish.
